1. All participants are required to attend the regularly scheduled classes. Please get permission from your teacher if you are unable to make class. If attendance becomes an issue the dancer may be withdrawn from competition. The dancer will not be reimbursed for costs already incurred by the studio (this includes costumes and fees).
2. All dancers should possess a "positive" attitude. This should be displayed at the studio and at competitions where you will be representing the studio.
3. All entry fees and costume balances must be paid before our first competition begins.
4. If the teacher feels the dancer simply is not "ready" to compete, they may be pulled from competition.
5. If a dancer comes to competition missing their costume, they will not perform that number. If they are missing an accessory, a warning will be issued. The second occurrence, they will not compete that dance.
6. Trophy Distribution: Solos - goes to dancer, Duet/Trio - goes to studio, Groups - goes to studio.
1. No food or drink is allowed in the theatre.
2. No pictures or video is allowed during the competition numbers. They will allow you the opportunity to take pictures during awards.
3. No parents are allowed backstage at any time. You may bring your child to the change room and assist them there.
4. No men are allowed in the change rooms.
5. Please make sure only positive comments are made. If you have a concern, please come to me privately so we may discuss.
6. Please support all dancers, whether from our studio or not. We like to cheer on every dancer.
