Eduardo's hometown is Mexico City, Mexico. This is where he began his passion for dance. He began dancing with the Mexican National School of Ballet and Fine Arts when he was nineteen years old. Eduardo trained with the school for five years where he performed on various Mexican stages. During this time he also performed modern dance choreographies for nightly shows in a famous Mexican Discotheque ‘Medusas’. Eduardo then moved on to performing international and Latin dance shows for several hotels in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was during his work in hotels that he began to provide dance lessons for the visiting tourists. He has had the opportunity to participate in several dance workshops, which has given Eduardo the tools, and experience that he brings with him to his teachings. He has trained with Cuballet of Alicia Alonso during a two-month Cuban Ballet workshop in Merida, Mexico. In addition, Eduardo participated in workshops by World Dance Alliance (Modern Dance), and Escuela de National de Danza Clasica (Pas de Deux training). Since his time living in Canada he has completed lessons in Latin dance at Brock University and Flamenco dance at the Hamilton Conservatory for the Arts. In addition Eduardo danced in the Hamilton’s Conservatory for the Arts ‘Nutcracker’.
